Member Events @ The Cannon West Houston
MEMBER EVENT REQUEST FORM
- Availability - Event availability changes daily and no spaces will be held until you receive email confirmation from a member of The Cannon's team.
- Furniture - A requested quantity of tables and chairs will be provided and members can set up the space how they would like. The Cannon team is on-site M-F, 8am-5pm.
- Staffing - If your event requires a Cannon team member to attend outside of normal business hours there will be a $75/hour staffing charge added to the event. If the event is outside business hours and no Cannon team member has been requested, we will be unable to provide support remotely.
- Eligibility - Additionally, if your company currently has any overdue invoices, you will be unable to book any space until those are paid.
- Hours Allocation - Events in the theater or event space M-F between 8am - 8pm will be deducted from your Monthly Event Space Credit Hours. There will be a $125/hour charge for all weekend events.
