MEMBER EVENT REQUEST FORM

Note - Event availability changes daily and no spaces will be held until you receive email confirmation from a member of The Cannon's team. A requested quantity of tables and chairs will be provided and members can set up the space how they would like. The Cannon team is on-site M-Th 8am-5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm. If you're event requires a Cannon team member to attend outside of normal business hours there will be a $75/hour staffing charge added to the event.


Events in the theater or event space between 8am - 8pm will be deducted from your Monthly Event Space Credit Hours. There will be a minimum $150/hour charge for all  weekend events.
